Your written notice and a clear repair history usually matter more than the volume of documents you bring.
You can ask how the attorney reads the landlord's obligations where the property is located, what documentation would strengthen the picture, what outcomes are realistic, and how fees work. Landlord-tenant rules are local, and an initial review is not a determination that you have a claim.

Is this only for mold problems?
No. Mold and damp are common reasons people ask, but this request also covers unmade repairs, unsafe conditions, deposit disputes, and other landlord-tenant problems.
Does a mold problem automatically mean I have a legal claim?
No. Many rental problems are resolved without a legal claim, and whether a claim exists depends on the condition, the notice given, what the landlord did, and the law where the property is. A review is a way to ask, not a conclusion.
I only told my landlord verbally. Does that matter?
It can. Written notice is easier to prove later. If you have only spoken about it, you can still request a review, and putting the problem in writing going forward is usually sensible.
